Our main supplier for the wholefoods is Suma recognised world-wide as a workers co-operative with strong ethical values that all their suppliers must meet. Not only are their foods healthy and wholesome, but the plastic Suma pre-pack food range packaging is recyclable – no need to throw in the green bin! A super company, we wholeheartedly support them and can get all of their products to order if not in stock. From the market stall we have a basic range of simple wholefoods including beans and pulses, rice, grains, dried fruits, nuts etc.
Vegetarian & Vegan
We can offer a wide range of vegan and vegetarian products as all the Suma range are vegetarian, many are vegan. The range is so extensive we can only stock a small sample on our market stall, but we can discuss you needs and make up orders tailored just for you.

Supplied direct to us from Savant. Beyond Greens is a convenient and easy-to-use synergistic blend of the finest green foods, essential fatty acids, fibre, and whole food concentrates, phytonutrients, antioxidants and digestive enzymes. Greens are the foundation of health. Our diet is unbalanced when it lacks the recommended five to nine daily servings of fresh green foods. Udo’s Choice Beyond Greens supports a hectic lifestyle and diets that are lacking in fresh, whole foods and fibre.
We can also offer Udo’s Choice Omega oils for vegetarians (special order only, must be kept chilled) and the Eskimo fish oils including oils for children in liquid form (no rancid fishy taste with these as they are very fresh and sourced from deep water fish). Sue uses the Udo’s Choice oils and I use the Eskimo liquid as my son cannot swallow capsules, so we can personally recommend both of them!
